Selling a home can be an expensive task for an agent with fuel and marketing costs as well as the cost of the agents time. Given those costs we have set a rate that is the lowest we can afford to offer you.

Naturally these low commission or flat fee sales only apply to homes in our local real estate region i.e the Coffs Harbour region.

We give those clients the opportunity to select either our low commission rate or a low fixed fee ( whichever is the lower depending on your property's pricing )

Why choose a commission sale as opposed to trying to sell your own home?

Well there may be several reasons. For example, you may lack the confidence of selling your own home. Diy sales is fine and its easy, but does require some work and some inconvenience.

Of course the same can be said for traditional sales.

Also you may be distant from your property and therefore require an agent for inspections or to take offers. Or maybe you just think that we will do a better job than you are capable of doing. Possibly you believe that we have greater negotiation skills or just more experience.
