When selling with an agent some people like the added security of having a FIXED Flat Fee with their agent.

In the spirit of providing that level of peace of mind , we can offer our local real estate clients a low, guaranteed, fixed selling fee regardless of the price of your property.

Put simply you can choose an agreement that reflects either our low commission rate or a fixed cost if that's what you prefer.

The fixed fee of $3,990 ( excluding GST ) is only available for selling property within a 30 km radius of Coffs Harbour. We'd love to assist clients further afield but with the spiralling cost of fuel it is totally impractical. Long travelling times also add a very serious cost burden on an agents time.

Once again however, we do offer real estate private sales as an optional service for clients beyond our physical constraints.

So to summarise - sellers in our local region can utilise any one of 3 different methods to sell their property. These are low commission, flat fee or private sale with no commission.
