The cost to market your property with PropertyNow varies depending on the type of property you are listing. Fees are $829 to market a property for sale, $175 to market a property for lease, $894 to market a commercial premises for sale, and $550 to market a commercial premises for lease. All prices are inclusive of GST and standard shipping (where applicable). There are no ongoing fees whatsoever and absolutely NO COMMISSION payable ever.

Absolutely! Realestate.com.au and Domain only allow registered agents to list properties. That’s where we come in. We get your property listed quickly and easily for a single flat fee.

Of course! If you get stuck on any part of listing, just reach out and we can walk you through it or do it for you. You can make edits anytime, day or night, through your PropertyNow account. Any time you edit your ad, we will automatically export your changes to all the websites you’re listed on, and they’ll display within minutes. We’ll also keep an eye on any edits you make to ensure they are error-free and in continued compliance with real estate legislation and the terms and conditions of third-party portals.

Absolutely! We know this is the most significant transaction most people will make. We also know that while most steps are straightforward, it can be a lot to wrap your head around, especially if this is your first time selling or leasing a property yourself. We have a dedicated support team to assist you seven days a week. You’ll never find your questions answered by a chatbot or directed to someone untrained or offshore. We are fully licensed in real estate in Australia and have been doing this for 17 years. There’s not a question or situation we haven’t encountered before. You can reach us by phone, email, SMS, or live chat – whatever works for you. We also keep the support you can use uncapped. If you need to spend 2 hours on the phone with us on a Saturday morning to prepare to run your first open house – that’s what we’ll do. Please don’t hesitate to contact us as often as you need, any day of the week.

We have two options for temporary archiving of ‘for sale’ listings. Both options are available within your account after clicking “Change status” button on the property page, and then the Pause button. This is also where you’ll find pricing.

Option 1: Pause: Suspends your listing temporarily, removing it from all websites but keeping it within your account. You can un-pause at any time and it will feed back over to all websites for no extra charge. A maximum time limit of 6 weeks applies. If you have not reactivated your property within 6 weeks it will be automatically reactivated for you. If you do not want your listing automatically reactivated after 6 weeks, please contact staff to prevent this.

Option 2: Pause and Refresh: Realestate.com.au allows you to take your listing completely offline, and then relist it as a brand new listing. This means it has a new id number, new list date, a new number of ‘hits’ and most importantly will appear at the top of standard listings in search results. The downside with this option is that they do require that the listing is offline for two months in order to this. However, it could be good timing over the slower periods to take advantage of this. A maximum time limit of 6 months applies.

You don’t need a contact of sale to begin setting up your ad. In fact you can even ad this service on during checkout. Whether you need to have a pre-prepared contract of sale before your ad is published, simply depends on your state. NSW and ACT sellers are required by law to have a contract of sale ready. SA sellers will have to have the section 32 form filled out prior to listing also. It’s a great idea for sellers in any state to be as prepared as possible for a potential sale. Please feel free to speak to our staff if you’re unsure on what process is required for your state.

Great question! There are a few ways buyers can make an offer. The first is directly to you and the second is via our ‘Make an Offer’ button which will be listed both on your PropertyNow listing and the homepage. We also have a printable offer form available within your account for us, if you’re using the first method. You’ll find this under ‘forms and downloads’ when logged in. Check out our blog or tutorial videos for more on what to do when you get an offer.
