All of it really, but if I had to narrow it down it would be the professional knowledge and guidance throughout, and the fact they were so approachable and always responded quickly
Were you hesitant before trying private selling? What made you decide to give it a go?
I was hesitant because I thought it might be too difficult for a lay person. I decided to give it a go when I started looking at the commission fees of real estate agents and I just couldn’t afford that. So out of sheer necessity to save money.
Do you have any interesting, fun or unique stories to share about your experience?
My experience was incredibly easy and straight forward, it all went so smoothly and effortlessly, this I found astonishing!
When you sold your property yourself, how did it feel? What are you going to do now?
It felt great and now I will tell others and will never use a real estate agent ever again in the future!
What do you plan to do now that youve sold, how will the sale benefit you?
I have secured another property.
I have benefited from the sale because the savings I made selling myself with Property Now has meant that I will fully own my next property as opposed to having to borrow the difference!!!
If you could go back in time and give yourself some advice before selling your own home, what would it be?
I would definitely tell myself don’t hesitate at all, this is a far better way to sell, actually easier to do it yourself than the effort involved with dealing with agents, that’s the crazy part, actually easier!
How did buyers react when they found out you were selling this way, without a traditional agent?
Yeah, they were not sure at first so I quickly developed a blurb to assure them the process was professional and pointed out some benefits to the buyer such as being able to talk to the home owner directly who has more knowledge about the home than any agent would!
